My interest in this work began with a long standing fascination with the mind and the deeper structures shaping human experience.

During an intense period of grief, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts, I experienced first hand how overwhelming it can feel when the body and mind are out of sync, and how profoundly things can shift when that relationship is restored.

Discovering acupuncture was truly transformative. As my nervous system regulated, the intensity of my thoughts softened. It showed me how working with the body can create a sense of space and ease where there hadn’t been any before.

Over time, I began to recognise that some patterns persisted at a deeper level, even when the nervous system had settled.

This led me to study in subconscious re-patterning, working directly with entrenched beliefs and relational imprints that insight alone could not reach.

A life long love of archetypes eventually brought me to astrology, not as a tool of prediction, but as a symbolic framework for understanding the deeper patterns shaping our experience.

Today, my work integrates these three layers: the body, subconscious, and archetypal pattern, supporting grounded, sustainable transformation.

After nine years in private practice, I now offer 1:1 sessions alongside an increasing focus on teaching and group work.

I also teach Five Element acupuncture, am developing courses for newly qualified practitioners with a focus on self-knowledge and ethical practice, and co-founded The Elements, a studio in Shoreditch, London, bringing together practitioners across a range of healing modalities.
